These prices do not include cancellation insurance. We strongly recommend that you take out your own holiday cancellation insurance.
Prices quoted are for a full week. Available from Saturday to Saturday (peak periods).

Out of season short lets are available (1, 2, or 3 nights will be charged as if a 3 night booking is made). However, should you only wish to stay 1 or 2 nights, you would need to book 3 and can then take advantage of an early arrival or a late evening checkout. These exclude school holidays, Christmas/New Year and any other special offers. Changeover days can be flexible out of peak times. Our short break prices reflect the fact that our changeover costs are exactly the same as if you were to book a complete week.
Deposit
A deposit of one third is required on booking. Balance payable six weeks before occupation, plus a security deposit of £100 which will be refunded within 10 days of departure, provided there are no damages. To date it has never been necessary to withhold any amount. Usual wear and tear is understood. Payment by Cheque, Bank Transfer.
Rental includes electricity, gas, linen, towels and cleaning. Please bring your own beach towels.
Charging of Electric Vehicles (EV’s)
We do not have a dedicated EV charging point, nor do we have a power socket, either indoors or outdoors, that is suitably rated, protected and certified as safe for use for charging an EV, or for plugging in a lead that is routed outdoors. We are therefore unable to allow the charging of EV's on the premises but we are happy to direct guests to the nearest available public charging points and can provide this information in advance of arrival if requested. No other electric vehicles of any kind (for example electric scooters or bicycles) are allowed inside the Lodge and must not be charged either inside or outside the Lodge.
